Two-tier hero section with features

This two-tier hero section uses Tailwind CSS classes to create a visually impactful landing page component. The top tier has a dark background with centered text for the headline, subtitle and a short descriptive paragraph. The bottom tier contains a large mocked up app screenshot with a gradient overlay, followed by a grid of features laid out in two columns at desktop sizes.
