Two Column Layout with Expandable Sidebar

This component uses Tailwind's responsive and flexbox utilities to create a two column layout with a static sidebar for desktop screens and an off-canvas/expandable sidebar for mobile. The mobile sidebar can be opened and closed with a button. The sidebar contains navigation links and an employee directory search. The main content area shows profile and employee details.
