Slide Over Panel with Backdrop

This component creates a slide over panel that slides in from the right side over the main content. It has a backdrop behind it for dimming the background content. The panel itself contains a header with a title and close button, and a content area for custom content. It uses Tailwind CSS utilities like fixed, inset, flex, translate-x, transform, transition, duration to handle the animations and positioning.
