Two Column Slide Over Panel Form

This component uses Tailwind CSS classes to create a slide over panel form with two columns. The left column contains the form labels, and the right column contains the corresponding form inputs and controls. It has sections for entering a project name and description, selecting team members, configuring privacy settings, and action buttons at the bottom to submit or cancel the form. The slide over panel animates in and out of view.
