Two Column Slide Over Panel

This component uses Tailwind CSS classes to create a slide over panel that slides in from the right side. It has two columns - a profile preview column and a details column. The profile preview shows a cover image, avatar, name, status indicator, and action buttons. The details column has a bio, location, website, and birthday information.
