Two-tier navigation with dropdown profile menu

This navbar consists of two tiers of links. The top tier has four links aligned left, including a current page indicator. The bottom tier has a profile dropdown menu aligned right with avatar, name, and email. On mobile, the links collapse into a hamburger menu.
