Two-tier tabbed form with preview and submit

This component uses Tailwind CSS classes to create a two-tier form layout with tabs for writing and previewing content. It includes a textarea for entering content, a preview panel, auxiliary action buttons, and a submit button. The tab buttons use different background colors and hover styles to indicate selected/not selected states.
