Multi-tiered dropdown menu

This component implements a dropdown menu with multiple tiers using Tailwind CSS utilities. The trigger button and menu items utilize flexbox, rounded corners, box shadows, and ring effects for a clean UI. The menu itself is positioned absolutely and transitions open/closed with scale and opacity. Dividers separate distinct menu sections.
