Header with Responsive Navigation and Dropdown

This header component uses Tailwind CSS classes to create a responsive navigation menu with dropdown. It has a header with a navbar that shows logo, navigation links and login button. The navbar adapts for mobile viewports by collapsing into a hamburger menu that reveals a fullscreen modal dropdown. On desktop, the nav links are shown horizontally. On mobile, clicking the hamburger button opens the modal dropdown overlay with the nav links vertically stacked.
