Two Column Slide Over Panel with Profile Details

This creates a slide over panel that slides in from the right side of the page. It has two columns - the left column contains a user profile image, name and action buttons. The right column contains user profile details split into sections. Tailwind utilities like flex, divide, space, inset, transform, transition etc are used to achieve the styling and animations.
