Two-tier dropdown menu with recent posts

This component uses Tailwind CSS to create a two-tier dropdown menu. When clicked, the "Resources" button reveals a flyout menu with navigation links. Below that is a section displaying recent blog posts. The flyout menu and recent posts section use Tailwind utilities for styling, animations, and responsiveness.
