Two-tier logo grid with nested columns

This component uses a two-tier grid system to display company logos. The outer grid has 4 columns on mobile and 6 on desktop. The inner grid has 2 columns on mobile and 1 on desktop to nest the logos. Tailwind utilities like grid, gap, col-span, object-contain, and responsive modifiers create the responsive layout.
