Responsive Two Tier Navigation with Active State

This is a two tier responsive navigation component built with Tailwind CSS. It has a sidebar with a list of main navigation links. The active link is highlighted with indigo text and gray background. Links have hover states that switch text to indigo and add gray background on hover. There is an extra subnavigation tier that could be toggled to expand on mobile. Overall it is a clean, minimal responsive nav that can be used on a website or web app.
