Two-tier table with extra details tier

This component displays a two-tier table on small screens, with the first tier showing key user and status information. On medium screens and up, an extra tier is displayed showing additional commit, duration, and deploy time details. The two-tier approach allows the most important information to be shown on small screens, while adding secondary details on larger screens. The styling uses Tailwind CSS utilities for colors, spacing, sizing, etc.
