Two-column layout with mobile off-canvas navigation

This implements a two-column layout with a navigation sidebar on the left. On mobile screens, the sidebar is hidden off-canvas and can be toggled open and closed. The sidebar uses Tailwind utility classes for styling the navigation and elements.
